Repository Crisis Scorecards Submission

Welcome to the Repository Crisis Scorecards (RCS) Survey

The Repository Crisis Scorecards (RCS) help repositories assess their resilience during normal operations and under various crisis conditions. The RCS provides a structured way to evaluate both organizational readiness and the potential impact of repository loss. It is designed to be applicable to repositories of all types and can be completed independently or collaboratively with your team. 

Results can be used internally to identify areas for improvement, guide planning and investment, or shared more broadly to support benchmarking and community learning.

Before You Begin
  • The survey takes 20-30 minutes to complete.
  • Review the RCS Pre-Worksheet before starting to gather key information.
  • At the end, you will receive a unique identifier to access or download your personalized RCS report

You may choose to complete this survey anonymously, or include identifiable information if you would like to be contacted for follow-up or collaboration.

Data Handling

All data are handled confidentially, responsibly, and ethically:
  • No identifying information will be released without explicit consent.
  • All data will be anonymized and shared only in aggregate form.
  • Review the full RCS Data Policy for details.
Tips for Completing the Scorecards
  • If a repository manages multiple projects or programs, please complete a separate response for each.
