Community Satisfaction Surveys: Opt Out Form

Community satisfaction surveys are sent by Reddit admins in partnership with the moderators of particular communities, to help moderators understand how satisfied redditors are with their particular community. 

Community satisfaction surveys are sent from u/Reddit or u/CommunitySurveys via notification. The notification will include a unique link where you can fill out the survey. You won’t be asked for any personal identifying information. Survey results will be shared with community moderators to help them improve, but your username will not be shared. 

At most, you will only receive one survey every three months. If you’d like to opt out of receiving these surveys altogether, please let us know below:  *This question is required.
