Practitioner Competencies Survey

Consultation on Practitioner Competencies

Thank you for taking the time to respond to this consultation.  When answering questions please refer to the Practitioner Competencies document found here Professional Development | Trellis (trellisscotland.org.uk)  These have been developed by a working group of STH practitioners, with input from Thrive and Trellis.

The Practitioner Competencies are a draft for consultation.  At the point of registration and throughout practice, Social and Therapeutic Horticulture practitioners must have the knowledge and skills described in the Practitioner Competencies and be able to apply these in their practice.  For this consultation, the fundamental question is: could you, as a STH practitioner, meet these, and if not, why not?

We would like to know whether the draft captures the essential features of the competencies you would expect an STH practitioner to meet.  Thank you again for taking time to complete the survey.
