The Accenture Catalyst Award recognises and celebrates those who are empowering the frontline workforce to be future-ready for digital transformation.
This award is open to anyone working at the frontline of health who is building confidence, capability, and competence in the workforce, including clinicians, educators, digital change agents, direct managers or peer mentors, and IT professionals designing systems with and for frontline users. Individuals or teams may apply.
The online form must be filled in no later than midnight, Sunday 26th October.
To be eligible, applicants must show how they have acted as catalysts for meaningful digital transformation at the frontline, turning disruption into momentum. Nominations must also demonstrate impact in the following areas:
The prize package includes:

$5,000 to invest in sustaining or scaling the initiative (e.g. developing tools, funding staff training, enhancing equity, creating resources)

A presentation slot at Digital Health Week NZ 2026 and a complimentary full conference pass (valued at $1,500)
You can nominate yourself or others. All submissions will be reviewed by an independent judging panel, and the winner will be announced at Digital Health Week NZ 2025 in Christchurch.
Information that will be required for this form
You will be asked the following questions in the form
- Name, role, organisation and contact details of the nominee and of the person nominating (can be the same person)
- A brief (no more than 500 word) description of the project/initiative, the challenge/opportunity it addresses, and the outcomes from this
- A brief (no more than 350 word) description of how this project/initiative has prepared the workforce and made a digital health impact
- A description of how the person nominated has addressed the following areas
- Meaningful and measurable outcomes
- Sustainability and scalability
- Empowering others
- Equity in Action
- How the nominee would use the $5,000 to sustain or scale the initiative
