Welcome to the
Supporting the Caregiver of the Future Survey - before beginning, a few quick things:
- There is some basic info we’ll ask you to share about the person you care for. The questions are intended to help us paint a better picture of who you care for, their needs, and yours.
- We’ll ask about different technologies – like remote systems to help you check in on someone from anywhere or devices to make things safer. In each case, we’ll make sure to describe what we’re asking about.
- We may publish a story about what we find, but your information will remain private.
- If you need to go back to the previous page while taking the survey, please utilize the "Back" button at the bottom of the survey page. Using your browser's "Back" icon (typically an arrow in the upper left corner for desktop and the bottom left on mobile) will delete your answers.
