U2B Employer Engagement Benchmarking Survey

This benchmarking survey is used reflect on both your own role and your institution’s engagement in U2B work. The goal is to help you establish a baseline, identify strengths and gaps, and consider your readiness for deeper collaboration with employers.

The questions are organized around the tenets of the University-to-Business (U2B) Stakeholder Engagement Hallmark, one of the UPCEA Hallmarks of Excellence in Credential Innovation. This benchmarking survey was adapted from UPCEA’s Credential Maturity Index, a resource used to examine institutional practices across all eight Hallmarks.
