XiFin (formerly XiFin Pharmacy Solutions / OmniSYS) is conducting our third annual research initiative into retail, specialty, and outpatient pharmacy offerings/services.
We continue to explore the challenges and opportunities related to pharmacies expanding their service offerings, the satisfaction and scalability of their existing solutions, reimbursement, collections, and overall profitability. We provide year-over-year comparisons. We are diving deeper into specialty pharmacy as well as strategic partnership approaches with this year's survey.
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. We invite pharmacy and retail professionals to participate in the survey if they have experience or expertise in any of the following areas:
- Pharmacy operations
- Pharmacy ownership/management
- Finance leadership
- Accounts receivables leadership
- Medical billing leadership
- Hospital outpatient pharmacy leadership
Participants who complete the survey will receive:
