30 Crossing Park Public Feedback

This survey is for community feedback on the design, vision, and priorities for the parcels collectively referred to as 30 Crossing Park.  These parcels are the land that used to be part of the I-30 Freeway ramps, now cleared and available to the City as public space, from Cumberland Street to Collins, from President Clinton Ave. to 3rd Street. The design shared on September 21st at the Food Truck Festival, and included in the presentation available here for reference, is a preliminary vision for what this space could be.  This design was prepared based on the community input from the Downtown Little Rock Master Plan and stakeholder meetings and interviews.

More information on the plans and the full public presentation can be found at

The survey will be available until the end of day on Sunday, September 28th.

The design team and City are soliciting feedback to inform further this design, which will be revised and edited based on community and stakeholder feedback, before being finalized as a concept design by the end of 2025.  This concept design will serve as the long-term vision for this park and drive the funding strategy to realize this vision over the coming years.

At the same time, the City of Little Rock will be moving forward with short-term improvements to this land to make it suitable for public use.  This is referred to as the “Phase 0” design and represents work that can be undertaken by the City in the near term, with a target completion date of 2026, pending confirmation of funding.  We would like to hear from you about your priorities and preferences for Phase 0. Immediately after completing this survey, the City plans to proceed with the technical design documentation necessary to construct Phase 0 in 2026.
