2026 Advisory Committee Application Form

Applications are being accepted for the Auto Care Association advisory committees for a three-year term commencing January 1, 2026.

The deadline for submission is November 7, 2025. Applicants will be notified of their selection status via email in early December.

Eligibility is limited to Auto Care Association members in good standing. Serving on an advisory committee is a great way for Auto Care Association members to get more involved in the association, influence the direction of certain projects and priorities, and impact the association and the industry.

These committees typically meet twice a year in conjunction with Auto Care Association’s Connect event in the spring and Leadership Days in the fall, during which they provide direction and develop plans for the association. Some committees may also meet more frequently or hold additional conference calls, virtual meetings, or webinars as needed.

Committee assignments will be made by the Auto Care Association's board chair with input from the association's staff and leadership. A primary consideration for committee appointment is the individual's knowledge and expertise of the committee's subject matter area.

There are a limited number of openings for the available committees. Committee responsibilities and selection criteria are listed later in the application process.
