From the Bylaws: “A Regular Member in good standing who conducts business in multiple regions shall have one (1) vote in each Region in which it conducts business and has a physical place of business and the number of votes equal to the number of Regions where it has a physical places of businesses to elect the At-Large Directors, Past President Director, the Secretary and to adopt, repeal or amend the Bylaws. *This question is required.
