Thanks for your interest in working Cal Voices' Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Program!

We are excited to share that Cal Voices is launching a new Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Program as part of California’s statewide Medi-Cal benefit. This program is designed to provide comprehensive, person-centered care for individuals with complex needs, ensuring they receive the right care at the right time in the right setting.

Through ECM, program staff will work to coordinates all aspects of an individual's care—including physical, mental, and dental health, as well as essential social services. This approach goes beyond the traditional doctor’s office or hospital visit, offering individuals a truly holistic support that addresses both health and life needs.

Working in ECM offers a unique opportunity to:

Support individuals in navigating complex health and social systems.
Collaborate across disciplines to provide integrated, whole-person care.
Help reduce barriers and ensure equitable access to services for vulnerable populations.
