2025 GWC Challenge Submission Form

Introduction

You're almost ready to submit your project for the GWC Challenge 2025-26: Cybersecurity + AI As a reminder, the deadline is Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 11:59 pm ET. Please read through this final checklist before you press send:

Final Submission Checklist

You have reviewed the Submission Checklist in the Participant Guide.
You have removed all personally identifying information (PII) from your project for you and your collaborators (if you are submitting as a team). This includes last names, email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, etc. Please also be sure that your last name is not included in your username. We will NOT be able to share your project for judging if it contains this information.
If you are submitting as a group, you must choose ONE person to submit on the team’s behalf. You should not include any other information about your collaborators on this form.
- But why? Don’t you want us to attribute and celebrate them? Of course! But we also want to protect your data and privacy. If your project is selected as a winner, we will reach out to the person who submitted to request contact information for the remaining collaborators.
Your project is in a shareable format and set to public, whether it's on Google Docs, OneDrive, or Scratch.
You have drafted answers to the Process Reflection Questions so you can copy them in easily.
You've reviewed the Rules and Conditions.
