All your answers will remain private.What to Expect: This survey will ask you about mental health challenges that affect daily life, substance use problems, housing issues, and support services.
Definitions:
- Mental Health Challenges refers to conditions that affect daily life, and can range from moderate to severe.
- Moderate Challenges include conditions like anxiety or excessive worrying, moderate depression or sadness, and stress that can make daily life more difficult than usual.
- Severe Challenges include conditions like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and severe depression that can make daily life extremely difficult.
- Substance Use Disorder refers to problems with drugs or alcohol that make daily life hard – like not being able to stop using, needing more to feel the same effects, or having trouble at work or home because of drinking or drug use.
- Housing Issues refers to problems that make it hard for people to find or keep safe, consistent, affordable housing.
- Affordable Housing generally refers to housing that costs no more than 30% of a household’s income.
