IRIS Center 2025 Audience Survey

Welcome to the IRIS Center 2025 Audience Survey

Thank you for using IRIS Center resources. At IRIS, we are constantly striving to better anticipate and meet your needs. To help us improve our products and services, we'd appreciate it if you could take a few minutes (approximately 10-15) to complete this survey.

The data will be collected and compiled by external evaluators from Compass Evaluation and Research. Your participation is voluntary, and your responses will be treated confidentially; in fact, you do not have to provide your name. 

To show our appreciation for your time and valuable feedback, we are giving a $50 Amazon e-gift card to 100 randomly selected respondents who complete the survey.  To enter the drawing, please provide your contact information at the end of the survey.  This information will only be used by Compass' external evaluation team and will not be shared with the IRIS team.
