Proxy vote designation - WYSE AGM 2025

WYSE Travel Confederation AGM 2025 - proxy vote assignation

If you are not able to attend the AGM, which is being held at the Hyatt Regency Lisbon, Rua da Junqueira, 63, Lisbon, Portugal, 1300-343 on Tuesday 23 September 2025 at 15:00 WEST, then you can assign your vote to another fully paid up member or to the Management Board Chairman.

Your vote is important and even if you cannot be there, you can still have a say by assigning your vote by proxy to another member who will be in attendance.

If you assign your vote to the Management Board Chairman then you can indicate how you wish him to vote on your behalf. You will receive a voting form closer to the AGM with the motions so that you can make your choice. 

If you wish to assign your vote to another member please discuss your wishes with your assignee.

Please provide us with the contact details of the full voting Confederation member that you would like to appoint as your proxy. Please ensure that they are attending the AGM and that they have not already been assigned a proxy vote by another member as Full Members can only be assigned one proxy vote. (WYSE Travel Confederation: Rules and Regulations, Appendix A7.2)

Please Note: Proxy forms and amendment to proxy forms have to be received by 10am Central European Time on 15 September 2025 to be valid. Forms received after this time will not be accepted.
