Thank you for your interest in taking the Riley County Community Needs Assessment Survey. Anyone who lives in Riley County who is at least 18 years of age is invited to take this survey. The purposes of this survey are:
1) to get your input on the quality of life in the community and
2) to identify the unmet needs in the community.
Some questions ask you about your personal experiences in the community and some ask for your opinions about the community in general. Questions cover topics associated with individual health and community health such as housing, transportation, nutrition, public education, older adults, youth, economic well-being, mental health, and physical health.
Participation in the survey is voluntary and your responses will be anonymous. Your individual answers to this survey will be confidential. If results are published from this survey, only group results will be discussed. Any information that might identify you as a participant will not be shared. While your participation is voluntary and confidential, all community input is valued.
All survey responses will be combined into one report by staff at the Wichita State University (WSU) Community Engagement Institute (CEI). If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Tara Gregory at tara.gregory@wichita.edu.
