CMAE Salary & Benchmarking Survey
 
As the financial year draws to a close for many clubs, planning for 2026 begins. To support this, CMAE is launching its third annual Salary & Benchmarking Survey, providing essential, up-to-date data to help guide your decisions.
 
This survey is conducted in partnership with our Premier Corporate Partners, Club Benchmarking (CB) EMEA. Industry experts John McCormack CCM and James Burns CCM will lead the data collection and share a detailed report valuable to all Club Managers.
 
To ensure confidentiality, CB EMEA applies strict data security protocols. All responses are anonymised, aggregated, and free of any identifiable information.

• Please complete the survey in one sitting, partial responses will not be able to be accessed once leaving
• The survey takes approx. 15 minutes to complete
