Welcome to the City of Tukwila Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PROS) Plan Survey
Every six years City of Tukwila updates its Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PROS) Plan. This update is required to maintain eligibility for outdoor recreation funding and to ensure that the City reflects the needs and priorities of its community. The plan keeps Tukwila competitive for state recreation grants while capturing the community’s vision for its parks, trails, and recreation programs.
The plan will:

Assess the current inventory and condition of the park system

Propose updates to service standards for parks and trails

Understand the community’s goals and objectives for its park system

Address key management needs to provide high-quality recreation for residents and visitors
Community input is central to this process. Over the coming months there will be opportunities to participate through online surveys, public workshops, and pop-up events across the city.
This survey is the first step. It should take about 5–10 minutes. All questions are optional, please skip any that you are not comfortable answering.
Your responses are anonymous and confidential and will only be shared with the City of Tukwila for the purposes of the PROS Plan.
