We are so excited that your students will attend NCCEP's Youth Leadership Summit, being held July 19-22, 2026, in Washington, DC, as part of the NCCEP/GEAR UP Annual Conference.
Please follow these instructions as you complete the Enrollment Form:
- If you did not receive confirmation that your GEAR UP program received slots, please DO NOT proceed. Contact us for clarification at yls@edpartnerships.org.
- Complete one Enrollment Form per GEAR UP program. This must match the number of slots that were approved for your grant.
- Visit our website to download the Planning Guide and to download all authorization forms that need to be submitted. This year, you can also complete the forms online—no need to download them unless you’d rather fill out the PDF versions.
- Utilize this Google Form to collect your student's information. Once they have successfully completed the form, please insert their correct information below.
- You can save and continue your work by using the link at the top of the page. You will enter your email and receive a unique link to continue completing the Enrollment Form.
- This Enrollment Form is separate from conference registration. You must register each student for the event via our conference website.
