Small businesses are the backbone of our communities, and their effective functioning is a crucial part of building a resilient and inclusive economy. Your valuable feedback will be used to help inform policy and programmatic decisions about the support and resources small businesses need now and in the future.

chance to win one of ten $500 gift cards.
