Santa Cruz Public Libraries is developing our next strategic plan and we would like your help in setting priorities!
Please give ~10 minutes of your time to complete this survey about your library. The survey also asks a few personal questions that will help us prioritize the needs of all community members. Nearly all questions are optional and all responses will remain anonymous.
Individuals who complete the survey may enter a drawing for one of ten $50 gift cards*. The drawing is only open to area residents and must be submitted from a device located within Santa Cruz County.
