Join Lexi Hamous from Colorado Parks and Wildlife to discuss how to address active bird nests during construction and effective strategies for protecting or mitigating impacts on nests and habitat. Lexi will discuss High Priority Habitat (HPH) designation and how it pertains to land use development. She will also discuss typical HPH recommendations, special recommendations for raptors, and CPW's role in the land use permitting process.
