2026 ISTH Esteemed Career Award Nominations

Please have required nomination materials available to you before proceeding. Incomplete nominations will not be considered.

Please submit your nominations for the 2026 ISTH Esteemed Career Awards using this form.  Recipients selected will be presented with the award during the ISTH Paris Congress, July 11 - 15, 2026.

ISTH members are permitted to make one nomination. Nominators are encouraged to consider diversity when making their nominations.  

All materials will be evaluated according to this rubric:
  • Background information
  • Seminal Contribution
  • Up to 10 most Significant Publications
  • Nominator's General Statement
  • Nominee CV Information
  • Statement of Acknowledgement from the Nominee
As a reminder, the following individuals are ineligible to receive the award:

Nominations will be accepted until October 15.
