STEPP RFA #48964768 Inquiry Form

Directions: The State Tobacco Education, Prevention, and Cessation Grants Program (STEPP) at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) released a request for applications (RFA) #48964768 to fund evidence-based and innovative approaches to address tobacco-related inequities, with a focus on interventions that prioritize the groups with tobacco use rates above the state average. These initiatives will focus on collaborating with groups that represent and serve populations experiencing the most tobacco-related harms, with tailored approaches, where they live, work, play, and receive medical and social services. The following strategies will build upon what is working to change social norms regarding tobacco initiation, use, and secondhand smoke exposure, and further community-wide mobilization efforts to reduce tobacco initiation and prevalence.

All RFA materials, including guidance documents, are available on the STEPP Funding Opportunities webpage.  Applicants can find details about the selection, evaluation, and awards process of this RFA, including guidance on scoring.

If applicants have additional questions, please complete this form. Responses to questions will be posted on the STEPP Funding Opportunities webpage as outlined in the schedule of activities by the close of business on the date indicated in the RFA guidance documents.

NOTE: Questions will NOT be accepted or addressed in direct emails or phone calls to any CDPHE staff to ensure consistent information for all applicants.  Applicants are not to rely on any other statements that alter any specification or other term or condition of the RFA.
