OCMH Wisconsin Youth Mental Wellness Champions: 2025-26 Cohort Application

Students entering their Junior or Senior year of high school can apply below to be a Wisconsin Youth Mental Wellness Champion. This program from the Wisconsin Office of Children's Mental Health will provide leadership development and networking opportunities for 15 students across Wisconsin during the 2025-2026 academic year. Cohort members are expected to attend monthly virtual meetings from 7:30 pm – 9 pm on the following dates:

9/18/25 and 10/16/25
11/20/25 and 12/18/25
1/15/26 and 2/19/26
3/19/26 and 4/19/26

Additionally, cohort members are required to attend the in-person ceremony on May 14, 2026 in Madison. Event time yet to be determined.
