GTA 2025 Agency Call for Presentations

Request and Call for Presentations for 2025 GTA Conference: November 19-20, 2025, Augusta, GA.

We have designed a way for YOU to submit ideas, session topics and speakers for the 2025 GTA Conference. Please use this form to submit - DEADLINE is Friday, August 15. The Program Committee will review submissions and begin making inquiries and decisions for the November 19-20 conference. Presenters will be notified by September 15, 2025.

1. Please provide information about the key contact for the session idea being submitted. If there are other people involved in the session you will have a chance to add those later.  *This question is required.
2. Are you the main presenter or are you filling this out for someone else? *This question is required.
5. Our sessions will be 60 or 75 minutes in length. If your presentation is only 20-30 minutes you will be placed in a session with others of a similar topic.  What length of time do you need to deliver this topic? *This question is required.
6. We are looking for topics to fill the following tracks. Where do you think your session fits?  Multiple answers are possible. *This question is required.
7. Below are general topic ideas discussed by GTA Leadership. Does your session idea fit any of these? You may choose more than one if your idea fits in multiple areas.  *This question is required.
