This will be the fifth year in which The Business Council has teamed up with the New York State Department of Labor, Empire State Development, and now the State University of New York, to survey thousands of businesses on their real-time needs and challenges in the workforce. Results from this survey will be used to address regional workforce and business needs and develop a strategy that will shape future workforce development practices and policies for education and training providers across New York State.
