Fall 2025 Chapter Commons Registration

Intended Audience
All Chapter staff and contractors are invited to apply for this peer connection experience. This includes individuals with roles in grants, compliance, finance, communications, marketing, outreach, program services, training, management, and senior leadership.

Participation Structure
This program runs from September to December 2025. Participants will engage in monthly, 60-minute virtual gatherings and have opportunities to discuss and support peers with topic-specific challenges, ideas, and strategies.

Purpose
Chapter Commons is intended to hold space for consistent interaction and peer support among Chapter staff with similar roles and interests. Everyone will be encouraged to discuss and strategize with their peers regarding scenarios necessitating collective brainpower.

In SRCAC’s experience leading various peer cohort spaces, we have found that consistent participation yields the greatest benefits. The fall session of Chapter Commons will consist of four virtual gatherings held monthly from September to December. Attendance at no less than three sessions is required for acceptance.

Chapter Commons involves interactive and consistent cohorts of Chapter staff offering peer support. Participants will be encouraged to discuss and strategize with their peers regarding challenges and new ideas that require collaborative brainstorming.
