2025 Oak Street Po-Boy Festival Volunteer Sign Up Form

Please join us as we are in need of volunteers to sell wristbands at the 2025 Oak-Street Po-Boy Festival Sunday, November 16!
- FREE FESTIVAL ADMISSION ($10 VALUE): Volunteers can enjoy the festival before and after their shift.
- FREE T-SHIRT: Volunteers will receive a volunteer t-shirt.
- FREE FOOD: Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

(MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT TO STAND FOR LONG-PERIODS OF TIME OUTSIDE) 

About the Festival
Oak Street Po-Boy Festival is presented by and benefits Oak Street merchants, residents and property owners, whose mission is to stimulate the Oak Street corridor between S. Carrollton Ave. and Leake Street by improving its appearance and safety, preserving the historic integrity and local culture, attracting, supporting, and promoting diverse, sustainable businesses and to receive, administer and distribute funds in connection with any activities related to the above purposes.

About Son of a Saint
A portion of the proceeds from the Oak Street Po-Boy Festival benefits Son of a Saint, a 501(C)3 Non-Profit which exists to enhance the lives of fatherless boys through mentorship, emotional support, development of life skills, exposure to constructive experiences and formation of positive, lasting peer-to-peer relationships.

1st Shift: 8am - 2pm (Breakfast Only) 
2nd Shift: 1pm - 7:30pm (Lunch Only) BIGGEST NEED for VOLUNTEERS!
All Day: 8am - 7:30pm 
SOAS Part time Staff Only:  12pm - 5pm  (SOAS: Son of a Saint)
Breakdown: 6pm - 8pm

Attire: Son of a Saint volunteer t-shirt. (To reduce costs if you have a Son of a Saint t-shirt, please wear it. If you have never received one, please make arrangements to pick up t-shirt or be prepared to change into a Son of a Saint volunteer t-shirt for your shift.)
Wear comfortable shoes.
Description: Selling wristbands. (Must be physically fit to stand for long-periods of time outside)
Food/Beverages: Breakfast (for those that work the 1st shift only) and lunch will be served.
Parking: Street and neighborhood parking is available. If volunteering the afternoon shift, ride share and carpooling is highly encouraged.

9. Thank you for completing the 2025 Oak Street Po-Boy Volunteer Sign Up form. You are confirmed for the shift you selected.

If you don't have a Son of a Saint volunteer t-shirt a shirt will be available for pick-up on 11/6 & 11/11 from 4 - 5:30pm or available at the Oak Street Po-Boy event.

You will receive an email the week prior to the event to confirm your participation and provide all details of volunteering. If you will pick up your t-shirt, please select a date below.
