Nursing Board Annual APRN Survey

Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 63-7-131, the Tennessee Board of Nursing is required to conduct an annual survey of Tennessee-licensed advanced practice nurses with a certificate of fitness to gather information regarding the nurse-collaborating physician relationship.

This survey is to be completed by December 1, 2025. Beginning 2026, the survey will be emailed in January with a completion date of December 1 of each year. During the course of the year, licensees who have not yet completed the survey, will be emailed quarterly reminders until the survey is completed.
