Thank you for expressing interest in renting adaptive equipment through the City’s Recreation Department and Adaptive Recreation Opportunities! Once this form is completed, a staff member will follow up with availability and equipment options.
Rental Fees
- $5 per day for equipment rental
- + additional $5 per day late fee if returned late
Once rental dates and equipment have been determined, renters must meet with staff to review and sign the ARO Equipment Use Waiver and Letter of Responsibility, and pay rental fees prior to use. At that point, staff will provide a brief overview of the equipment. For some, additional training and requirements may be in place.
Please note, the equipment is also used in programs and may not always be available for rent. Please note that adaptive equipment is highly specialized. Our equipment is meant to fit the scope of the community but may not fit everyone.
