2025-26 Diversion Adjustment Request Form

 
Please use this form to request diversions adjustments for the 2025-26 SY. Requests will be processed and reviewed after the 10th of each month. If your request is submitted after the 10th, it will be reviewed the following month. 

 
Please note: First review will begin after September 10th and May 10th will be the last and final date for diversion adjustments for the current school year, so please plan accordingly.
