In May 2025, the TCRP Synthesis J-07 Oversight Panel selected 7 new synthesis topics for the FY 2025 program.

The TCRP Synthesis J-07 program is now seeking individuals or firms interested in conducting research for these topics. Interested parties should submit the following by Friday, August 8, 2025:

A cover letter (a concise statement of topic knowledge and relevant experience, no more than two pages), and
A current resume or CV

Each 18-month contract is awarded as a fixed-price agreement in the amount of $75,000. The selected contractor will be contacted by the responsible TCRP Program Officer in September to begin the contractor process.
