Introduction



AAGL Global Health Program (AGHP) Application 
The AAGL is committed to partnering with Clinics, Hospitals and Institutions in underserved areas of the world for the purpose of improving gynecologic care for women. The AAGL works to achieve this goal by partnering with and offering support to doctors via the following areas:
  • Education
  • Equipment Procurement
  • Grants and Financial Support
  • Long term exchange programs and training.
The areas of support listed above are integrated and structured as Tier levels and committed to by all parties.

Tier Level 1: (9-12 months) Education, Establishing Program Longterm Needs and Goals
  • Providing Online access to Education Resources (Didactics, Curriculums and Medical Video Library)
  • Hosting Quarterly Live Zoom Session to discuss important regional topics
  • Establish Peer-to-Peer Networking and partnerships with Other doctors globally so that everyone learns from each other and shares knowledge.
Tier Level 2: (12-24 months) Advanced Education, Program Goals Establish and Funding Initiatives Begin
  • Advanced Online access with Peer-to-Peer or small group educational offerings, like case review sessions.
  • Advanced Networking Opportunities - Meeting one-on-one with experts
  • Individualized or Specific training for specific hospitals or clinics, based on local or region specific needs
  • Enrollment into financial funding program:
    • Surgeon Trips or Surgeon exchanges,
    • Equipment Procurement or Grants
    • Specialized training.
Tier Level 3: Advanced Program Support, Surgeon Exchanges and Funding Channels Established
Advanced Partnership expansion to support expanding the available physicians trained or equipment need or trips scheduled.

Note: All interested programs must complete this application and if accepted, agree to complete the tier levels.
