A) Install safety and security upgrades to the St. Joseph building for the safety of our students.  Install new interior hallway doors with access controls. Install electronic hardware for access on exterior doors. Install sprinkler system with electrical work and fire water service (the building does not currently have a fire suppression system). Bring building up to ADA code requirements, including full restroom renovations.
