Multi-Unit Dwelling (MUD) EV Charging Program Application
The MUD EV Charging Program offers incentives to owners and operators of MUDs to support the purchase and installation of eligible Level 2 EV charging stations.
The program offers up to $4,000 per eligible dual-port, networked Level 2 EV charging station and up to $6,000 per Level 2 EV charging station for eligible MUDs that are either deed-restricted, 100% affordable housing
OR located in a designated
Overburdened Municipality. Eligible costs include the cost of the charger, taxes, delivery and activation fees and charger warranty.

Please have the following information available before completing this application:
- Address(es) of Level 2 charging station location(s)
- A Letter of Authorization from MUD owner/operator (for third party applicants only)
- A current utility bill (If located in a non-IOU territory)
- Documentation of low-income housing eligibility (deed restriction) if applying for an increased incentive for a property not located in an Overburdened Municipality.
