Program Description
The eHCLE certification program is a professional development opportunity for accomplished human capital leaders serving in education organizations. Through a ten-month cohort model, participants receive intensive support from their peers, as well as from subject-matter experts in multiple areas of human capital management.
To earn their eHCLE certification, participants are expected to:
- Attend virtual convenings with their cohort (see schedule below)
- Complete an approved independent project aligned with the eHCLE standards and project quality rubric
- Present their project, either virtually or at AASPA’s Human Capital Leadership Summit
- Provide high-quality feedback on their peers’ projects
We recommend visiting the eHCLE project repository on AASPA's website to see past participants' projects. Note that AASPA login credentials are required to access the project repository.
