2025 ATE Conference Student/Alumni Application Form
**DEADLINE: Thursday, September 11, 2025**
Each ATE grant may nominate up to two (2) students or recent alumni to attend the 2025 ATE Conference being held on October 29-31, 2025 in Washington, DC.Students/alumni selected to attend the ATE Conference agree to participate in the following:
- a student orientation webinar on Wednesday, September 17, 3:00 - 3:30 p.m. (EDT)
- a student poster session on Wednesday, October 29 from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.
- a student/industry engagement session on Thursday, October 30 (time TBD)
- a student/alumni recognition breakfast on Friday, October 31 from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
