A great manager serves as an extension of the owner, creating and perfecting systems, motivating and managing the team, and perfecting the experience for the guest.

In an effort to celebrate excellent salon, spa and barbershop managers, SALON TODAY is launching a new column, Meet the Manager. By profiling managers, we are hoping to help other salons recruit and establish a management position in their own businesses.
