Interning with the Research & Evaluation Group at PHMC
The Research & Evaluation Group (R&E Group) at Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) provides program evaluation, research, and outcome measurement services to a wide range of organizations and programs. Our work informs program planning and ongoing improvement efforts. From study design to statistical analysis, R&E Group provides partners with a broad range of expertise across all phases of research and program evaluation studies. R&E Group works collaboratively with a number of community partners, including health care providers, city and county health and human services agencies, schools, and community-based organizations.
We offer limited internships to graduate and undergraduate students, as project tasks and budgets allow. Interns must be interested in developing qualitative and quantitative research and program evaluation skills in a non-profit setting. Interns generally work 15-20 hours a week for a limited/specified period with our team.
