We need your help!

You know those questions we ask before you start a webchat with a counsellor at Kids Helpline?
Like your name, age, and what you’d like to talk about? We call it a registration questionnaire.

We’re thinking of replacing those questions with a friendly, interactive 🤖 chatbot that asks them in a fun and easy way. 💬 Don’t worry—you’ll still chat with a real counsellor during your session.
