Includes 7 meals, 2 nights lodging, instruction in 4 classes, use of equipment and class materials.
All equipment is provided unless otherwise noted in class description.
Classes: On the next page, you will find a full course list for the fall workshop, including class descriptions. You will be asked to choose your top 4 classes for each session and you will be placed in one of those classes per session. Each class is 3 1/2 hours long. You will take a total of 4 classes throughout the workshop weekend.
Friday: Session 1
Saturday: Session 2, Session 3
Sunday: Session 4
Lodging: Basic hotel style rooms with private bathrooms. You will have a roommate, no single rooms. No discount for staying off site.
We will be split between the Bayview Lodge and the Inn.

Registration Lottery: Registration is open July 29th- August 12th, 2025.
Once you have completed the registration form you will be sent a confirmation email. Once registration is closed, 125 participants will be chosen at random in the lottery.
*If you wish to register with a roommate- please register both people in one registration submission*
You will receive the results of the registration lottery in an email within a week of the lottery closing, announcing if you were chosen, with a link to the BOW Square website for secure online payment.
Payment must be made within 48 hours of that confirmation email to secure your spot at the workshop.
If you know that you will not be reachable between the dates of Aug 18th -22nd or that you will not be able to make the payment deadline, please reach out to Katrina Talbot immediately.
Meals and lodging cover Friday Oct. 3rd -starting with lunch- through Sunday Oct. 5th- ending with lunch.There are a limited number of partial scholarships available to those who need financial assistance. Details are in registration questionnaire.
