- The event is located at Western Springs Park, Auckland, New Zealand
- Operating hours are from 9am – 6pm Saturday 21 March and 10am – 4pm Sunday 22 March 2026.
- All stalls will be held outdoors under marquees provided by Tātaki Auckland Unlimited.
Stall types
- Food stalls.
- Non-alcoholic beverages.
- Retail (clothing, jewellery, home goods, or other cultural items).
- Information (promoting the services of community organisations and businesses).
- Watermelon/pineapple ice cream.
Please note that this year, retail and information stalls have the option to request 1x 10 amp of power at additional cost.
Specialty stall type
(Availability of specialty stall sites is limited)
- Onsite cooking pit (hangi/lovo/umu).

- Invoice details (name, email address, contact number).
- Stall details (with supporting images). Please add as much detail as possible. The quality of your application will be a supporting factor in your application being successful.
