The School Year (SY) 2025-26 School Meals Annual Renewal Tasks (SMART) form is required for operation during SY 2025-26. Your NSLP/SBP renewal application is not considered complete until the survey has been completed and submitted.
Please reference the SY 2025-26 NSLP/SBP Application Checklist prior to beginning the survey. If you exit the survey before it is submitted, your progress will be lost.
