We're looking for growth-minded business owners who meet the following criteria:
- Own a diverse-owned or small business located in an under-resourced community in Alabama or Tennessee (with a focus on businesses in the Delta Region)
- Have been generating revnue for at least three years.
- Earn $750k+ in annual revenue or are on track to reach that within two years.
- Operate in one of our target industries (listed below)
- Committed to attending at least 80% of the program, including virtual and in-person meetings.
The ICCC program counts participation by company and not by individuals
Amazon will prioritize businesses that can support supply chain needs in select areas, including the following:
- Packaging
- Food Service
- Janitorial Services and Supplies
- PPE
- Maintenance Repairs and Operations
- Construction
- Fire Life and Safety
- Business infrastructure Services
Amazon is not looking for supplier support in the following areas:
- Staffing
- Marketing
- Consulting
- Employee Wellness
- Soft Services
The Accelerate and Empower program will take place over 2 months. Attendance is required at both in person seminars, as well as 5 of the 7 virtual sessions (2 can be watched as recordings). The program will follow this structure:
