Apply now for the Amazon Accelerate and Empower program, a free, 2 month supplier empowerment program designed to provide small business owners in under-resourced communities with capacity-building education, one-on-one coaching, and access to capital! See below for our program criteria

Please scroll down to fill out the application to be considered for the 2025 program year. Once you submit the application, it will direct you to a website where you can select a time for a phone interview with an ICCC representative. We look forward to speaking with you!

We're looking for growth-minded business owners who meet the following criteria:
  • Own a diverse-owned or small business located in an under-resourced community in Alabama or Tennessee (with a focus on businesses in the Delta Region)
  • Have been generating revnue for at least three years.
  • Earn $750k+ in annual revenue or are on track to reach that within two years.
  • Operate in one of our target industries (listed below)
  • Committed to attending at least 80% of the program, including virtual and in-person meetings.
The ICCC program counts participation by company and not by individuals
 
Amazon will prioritize businesses that can support supply chain needs in select areas, including the following:
  • Packaging
  • Food Service
  • Janitorial Services and Supplies
  • PPE 
  • Maintenance Repairs and Operations
  • Construction
  • Fire Life and Safety
  • Business infrastructure Services
Amazon is not looking for supplier support in the following areas:
  • Staffing
  • Marketing
  • Consulting
  • Employee Wellness
  • Soft Services

The Accelerate and Empower program will take place over 2 months. Attendance is required at both in person seminars, as well as 5 of the 7 virtual sessions (2 can be watched as recordings). The program will follow this structure:
  1. Opening Seminar (In Person - Memphis) - 9/25/2025
  2. Virtual Session 10/1/2025
  3. Virtual Session 10/8/2025
  4. Virtual Session 10/15/2025
  5. Virtual Session 10/22/2025
  6. Virtual Session 10/29/2025
  7. Virtual Session 11/5/2025
  8. Virtual Session 11/12/2025
  9. Capstone and Pitch Sessions (In Person - Birmingham)  - 11/18/2025
