Research in Finance and Professional Paraplanner are delighted to announce that we will be running our first Future Adviser Seminar.

Please note delegate places are only available to paraplanners and trainee advisers or those working in that job function.

Timings: 8.30am Registration for 09.00am START

The Seminar will take place in London on 1st October 2025, kindly hosted at the Fidelity International offices in Cannon Street, London.

This events is expected to sell out straight away, so if you do want to attend, please sign up as soon as possible.

Future Adviser will provide valuable insight into what it means to be a financial planner/adviser for those paraplanners looking to become a planner/adviser in the future. We appreciate this is not the career path all will choose, but for those that wish to explore, we wish to support you in everyway we can.

This will range from mapping a typical career path – gaining qualifications and technical knowledge, finding the right company to work for, etc. – through sourcing new clients, managing the client relationship. It will focus on the soft skills required to perform the role, which might differ from that of a paraplanner.

Educational and informative, Future Adviser will help the range of individuals looking to be a financial planners/adviser, from those just beginning to consider it as a career move to those who, in due course, may consider establishing a company or running a branch.

A key aim of Future Adviser will be to help trainee adviser/paraplanner’s at the early stages of their careers

We do not charge to attend these events and we want to keep it that way. One thing we do ask is that if you are unable to attend after registering and receiving confirmation of your place, that you let us know as soon as possible.

Once registered a member of the team will be touch to confirm if we can offer you a place and at regular intervals closer to the event date with information on the programme and timings for the day.
