Professional Paraplanner is delighted to announce that we will be running another of our highly popular Team Leader Seminars in person.

Please note delegate places are only available to paraplanners or those working in that job function and it is essential that individuals manage at least 1 individual.

Timings: 8.30am Registration for 09.00am START

The Seminar will take place in London on 13th November 2025, kindly hosted at the Fidelity International offices in Cannon Street, London.

These events sold out almost straight away in 2022, 2023, 2024 and in May 2025, so if you do want to attend, please sign up as soon as possible.
If you are managing a team of paraplanners this is the event that can help you learn practical management techniques and behaviours, as well as benefit from peer-to-peer discussions

After four years of running team leader events we have developed programmes designed for new as well as experienced team leaders, covering the key issues being tackled by Paraplanner Team Leaders.

Our November Seminar will be a mixture of practical sessions from external speakers addressing topics such as: getting the most from your team as a manager, management style, building a team culture and retaining good team members, looking after your team’s well-being, as well as peer-to-peer discussions of the issues you tell us are important to you.

We do not charge paraplanners to attend these events and we want to keep it that way. One thing we do ask is that if you are unable to attend after registering and receiving confirmation of your place, that you let us know as soon as possible.

Once registered a member of the team will be touch to confirm if we can offer you a place and at regular intervals closer to the event date with information on the programme and timings for the day.
