Survey Purpose

Thank you for participating in this important survey of the U.S. Ocean Enterprise business sector being conducted by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the U.S. Integrated Ocean Observing System (IOOS®).

IOOS is a coordinated network of people and technology working together to collect, compile and distribute data and information on our oceans, coastal waters, and Great Lakes. NOAA and IOOS ocean information and data directly benefit the wider economy, the environment, national security and public safety across the nation and around the globe.

Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. The majority of questions are optional, and any required questions are indicated as such. Survey data will only be published at the aggregate level, and no individual answers will be attributable to any individual or organization.
