Holy Family Parish is asking that each household take 5 to 10 minutes to complete this survey to help shape the future of our parish.  Thank you in advance for your time and consideration!

4. Please indicate your feelings regarding the importance of the following projects at your Parish.
A)  Renew Sanctuary: Renew back wall of sanctuary, new altar and ambo, decorative ceiling paint, new
flooring in Church including sanctuary, under pews and main aisle, and a new baptismal font.
B)  Replace Holy Family Center Sound System: To improve and allow for modern technology capabilities.
C) Replace Door D Entrance: New handicap ADA compliant accessible entrance ramp and new canopy overhand for entrance.
D) Repair Areas of Parking Lot: Some areas need repairs to ensure safety and the entire parking lot
topcoat and restripe.
E) Replace Church Bells: New modern bell system to replace original nonworking bells.
F)  Replace Church Lighting:  New light fixtures with dimmer system.
5. To complete the projects, we are looking to raise up to $3,000,000.
A)  Would you be in favor of a capital campaign to help meet this financial commitment?
6. Would you consider making a 3-year pledge commitment to the campaign?
