The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association is working with the consulting firm Assessment, Education, and Research Experts (AERE) to develop a competency model for audiologists, and we need your help.
Audiologists must remain current with the ever-changing knowledge, skills, and abilities required to be competent. That’s why we’re asking you to complete a survey to help determine the competencies across performance levels (e.g., Level 1—novice, Level 2—intermediate, Level 3—expert). A different section of the survey will define these performance levels in greater detail.
Part of the survey asks you to complete demographic information about yourself for research purposes. We will keep this information confidential.
Additionally, the survey is being delivered in several sections. Therefore, none of you will see all the survey sections, but only certain sections will be visible to you. Consequently, certain sections will have no survey questions. When that occurs, please continue the study by clicking next.

As a thank you, participants who complete the survey and provide their name and email address will be entered into a drawing. There will be 5 winners from each profession, a total of 10 winners, each receiving a
$100 Amazon gift card.
